Small systems make busy semesters easier.

Use these practical, local-only helpers before you submit, rename, or reorganize your files. Nothing is sent to CleanDoc.

01 · Before submission

Practical submission checklist

Tick through the parts that are easy to forget when a deadline is close.

02 · File naming

A naming pattern you can reuse

Use the same order every time: subject, practical number, short topic, and version.

Quick rules

  • Keep practical numbers padded when a subject has many files.
  • Use hyphens or underscores consistently; avoid spaces.
  • Use draft, review, and final only when they mean something.

03 · Semester planning

Build a calm folder structure

Start broad, then get specific. This makes backups and revision easier without relying on a college-specific rule.

Treat this as a starting point, not an official submission requirement. Check your instructor's instructions first.
