Privacy and security notes
This page explains the practical boundaries of the application. It is a product guide, not a replacement for the Privacy Policy.
Authenticated file access
Dashboard and document API routes require a valid authenticated session. Document queries are scoped to the authenticated user, and storage paths are created under that user's identifier.
What you should do
- Use a unique password and never share your session or account credentials.
- Keep an independent backup of important submissions.
- Do not upload information you are not permitted to store.
- Sign out on shared computers and report unexpected access promptly.
What CleanDoc does not promise
CleanDoc does not claim that files are permanently retained, encrypted in every layer, or accepted as an official college submission. Availability, preview support, and storage depend on the current service configuration.
